Not at all. We schedule visits during your regular office hours and work completely around your team. We only take 2–3 cassettes from each operatory at a time, so your hygienists always have instruments available at chairside. We set up in a small out-of-the-way space — like a lab or office area — and our technicians are trained to work quickly and efficiently without getting in anyone’s way. Most clinics tell us they barely notice we’re there.

We typically visit once a month, though the schedule is tailored to your clinic’s instrument volume and usage. Higher-volume clinics or those with larger hygiene teams may benefit from more frequent visits. We’ll recommend the right cadence after your initial assessment.

Very little. We just need access to your instrument sets at the scheduled time. We handle the assessment, sharpening, tracking, and reporting. Your team doesn’t need to do any prep work — that’s the whole point.
